Quirk, Inc. Celebrates its 100th Anniversary

November 4 , 2002 — Netcong, New Jersey: Quirk, Inc., an agent of northAmerican Van Lines is celebrating its 100th year of service. Quirk started its heritage in Englewood, NJ with a horse drawn wagon moving steamer trunks for newly arriving immigrants from New York's ports. Today Quirk employs over fifty people and is operated by the fourth generation of Quirks

Quirk remains one of the premier commercial and laboratory movers in the state of New Jersey. They have greatly expanded their family of services to include archive storage, digital imaging, vital records and tape storage in a climate-controlled atmosphere.

Among the list of companies serviced by Quirk are CIT Group Inc., General Dynamics and Lord & Taylor. Quirk has been through five wars, eighteen Presidents and various economic climates. They continue to expand their services to meet the ever-changing needs of their customers.
