Compare us with any other archive center and you'll see what we mean. "It isn't bragging if you can prove it." We can prove it.

Q - My Company is located hundreds of miles away from you. Why would I want my records kept so far away?

A - Our world has gotten extremely smaller with the advent of the digital era. Your records can be placed on DVD's or CD's. Literally hundreds of thousands of pieces of paper can be stored in your brief case. Now, how far away are we?

Don't forget we're an agent for northAmerican Van Lines. We'll pick your paper up, image it and ship it back to you, if you'd like, along with your new digital format. You don't need to have your "hard copy" in your back yard. As a matter of fact you may be safer with it farther away. Consider natural disasters.

Q - A 100 year old company surely has a lot of experience, How do you stack up in comparison to your competition?

A - We have been at it for a long time. Experience has taught us lots of ways to work effectively, to take seemingly enormous tasks and reduce them to simple equations. We know how to wind our way through all the obstacles that get thrown into the corporate mix. And our people are extremely well versed in their responsibilities. We achieve the goals you set. Q - You certainly appear to be very diversified. How do you manage to provide all these services and provide quality consistently?

A - Very simply put, it's our people. They're very well qualified for the jobs they do. They have been very carefully selected, trained and are allowed to do the job they were hired to do. You don't have to go through layer after layer of management to get something done at Quirk. The people you deal with have the authority to make decisions. This helps in expediting your requirements. It's not likely that you'll hear someone at Quirk tell you "No".

        Q - I'm considering using Quirk for my Teleradiology needs. But I'm concerned about bandwidth with the deliveries. How big do the files get and is bandwidth an issue I should be concerned with?

        A - Films will vary in size greatly. For instance: Nuclear Medicine (PET & SPECT) will be about 1 - 2 MB and a Spiral CT will be anywhere from 80 - 200 MB. We generally do a minimum compression to avoid data loss. If you're receiving via dial-up, yes, it is going to take long time. We recommend a DSL or T-1 connection. If you are using our X-Scan32 software we can compress highly and you'll be able to de-compress with no loss of data.
